Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your package enters the postal system, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery time:

• United States: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Center of Now is not responsible for:

• packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• lost packages resulting from address errors entered by the customer

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund it if it goes missing.

If your item arrives damaged:

• email centerofnow22@gmail.com within 48 hours

• include clear photos of the packaging and item

We will review the situation and assist you.
